Payment funds are collected upfront. Order cancellations are accepted within 3 business hours of receiving your order. If the order is placed outside of regular business hours, please contact us within 3 hours of reopening on the following business day. If an order is cancelled the funds could take up to 5 business days to be reflected on your statement although the refund was issued on the same day of cancellation.
Orders with a billing/shipping address mismatch will not be accepted via our website unless authorized and protected through Paypal.

Shipping, Processing & Transit Times
Each individual texture will have it's own processing time. The processing time is necessary for several reasons and is the time BEFORE the order actually leaves our facility and is in transit to you. Processing times are clearly stated in the product information section of each product for your convenience. Transit times are the time frames between your order leaving our facility and arriving to your address. These times vary based on your location and the shipping service you select at checkout. INTERNATIONAL Orders are shipped with an invoice for Customs purposes. RAUH Hair will not pay for Customs Duties/Value Added taxes as these are the responsibility of the recipient.
In the event that your package has not arrived to your shipping address and appears to be lost, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately so that we can initiate the necessary steps to retrieving the package. In the event that the package is not recovered we will send out a replacement order as soon as possible.
Please rest assured that we take all the necessary precautions to ensure that the best, and only the best product is sent to all of our customers. All Sales are FINAL. Due to the sensitive nature of the product we are unable to accept returns. In the event that the wrong item was shipped to you, we will replace the product. You must contact our Customer Service Team within 1 business day of receipt and the hair must be in the original condition and packaging (bundles cannot be unraveled). We will not accept bundles or closures/frontals that have been worn, bleached, dyed, permed, where the wefts have been cut or the hair has been altered in any way.
