Refund policy

All Sales are FINAL. Due to the sensitive nature of the product we are unable to accept returns. In the event that the wrong item was shipped to you or you are not entirely satisfied with the product upon receipt, we will replace the product. You must contact our Customer Service Team within 3 business days of receipt and the hair must be in the original condition and packaging. We will not accept bundles or closures/frontals that have been worn, bleached, dyed, permed, where the wefts have been cut or the hair has been altered in any way.
